Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped from Germany.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and current order volume, but typically range from 1-5 business days. If I am on vacation, I will announce this prominently on the store and orders will be processed once I return.

International shipping is available to most countries. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by their local customs authority or carrier.

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside my control.

Tracking information will always be provided.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. I am not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to failed delivery attempts, unpaid import charges, or incorrect address information, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred including unpaid customs duties and import taxes.

Damaged packages must be reported as soon as possible after delivery and should include photographs of the packaging and contents.
